Crumble recipe (Salty OR Sweet)

This is a basic recipe that i use for both sweet (apple crumble, strawberry bavarois cake, Matcha Green Tea cake, etc) and salty dishes (zucchini crumble, aubergine crumble, etc.)


  • 120g plain flour
  • 40g caster sugar or 3 pinches of salt
  • 60g unsalted butter at room temperature, cut into pieces


  1. Sofen the butter by Mixing it
  2. add the sugar OR salt and the flour
  3. mix with a spoon until it forms crumbles
  4. Add it to your dishes to an additional crisp
